Viral Video Shows ICE Agent Drawing Gun on Virginia Woman Who Shouted at Agents During Enforcement Stop

Carolina Molina, a licensed professional counselor who works with immigrants, says she pulled into an industrial park in Bailey's Crossroads (Falls Church), Virginia on August 10, 2026 to drop off business cards at law offices there, saw ICE agents making an arrest in the parking lot, and shouted at them as she drove past. She turned her car around and was boxed in by ICE agents; her dashcam and cellphone video, which went viral, show an agent drawing his firearm and pointing it at her through the car window during the roughly 50-second encounter. Molina said, 'I think they would have shot me and gotten away with it' had she not recorded it. DHS disputed her account, stating she 'began to drive her car in circles around our ICE officers' and 'attempted to harm officers by weaponizing her vehicle' to help a detainee escape, and cited agency statistics on rising assaults against officers; Molina and Mason District Supervisor Andres Jimenez said the DHS characterization 'does not match the video.'
