No Kings Protest in Honolulu: 15-Year-Old Arrested After Attack on Man Wearing ICE Gear
On March 31, during a 'No Kings' demonstration in Honolulu, Hawaii, footage emerged showing a man wearing ICE-style gear being attacked by protesters. A 15-year-old was arrested on a second-degree assault charge in connection with the incident. The Honolulu protest was part of ongoing nationwide post-March 28 demonstrations that had drawn an estimated 8–9 million participants across more than 3,300 events on March 28 alone — described by organizers as the largest single-day protest in U.S. history. Interfaith Alliance and partner organizations hosted a national interfaith town hall on March 31 to reflect on the protests and plan next steps, including a May 1 national Mayday demonstration.
