A 15-year-old was arrested on a second-degree assault charge in connection with the incident. The Honolulu protest was part of ongoing nationwide post-March 28 demonstrations that had drawn an estimated 8–9 million participants across more than 3,300 events on March 28 alone — described by organizers as the largest single-day protest in U.S. history.
