Historic Ms. L v. ICE Settlement Approved

U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw approves a landmark settlement in Ms. L v. ICE, requiring ongoing remediation for families separated under the Trump zero-tolerance policy. The settlement establishes a process for separated families to apply for compensation and immigration relief. At least 4,600 children were separated; hundreds of families have not been reunified years later.
