SCOTUS Upholds Biden ICE Enforcement Discretion
The Supreme Court rules 8-1 in United States v. Texas that the states of Texas and Louisiana lack standing to challenge the Biden administration's ICE enforcement priorities. The ruling allows the executive branch to exercise prosecutorial discretion in immigration enforcement. Justice Kavanaugh writes the majority opinion; only Justice Alito dissents.
