IRGC says three tankers ablaze in Hormuz, accuses them of using unauthorized routes

Iran's IRGC said three tankers were on fire in the Strait of Hormuz and accused them of using unauthorized shipping routes; Iranian-sourced reports earlier said two tankers caught fire after hitting mines. Cause, vessel identities and casualties are not independently confirmed. Further tanker losses would deepen shipping and insurance disruption affecting food and fertiliser flows.
