Henry Signs Limited Political Accord

PM Ariel Henry signed a political accord with several opposition parties and civil society groups on the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. The accord outlined a path to elections but was rejected by the Montana Accord coalition as insufficient. It failed to produce a stable governance framework and left Haiti with multiple competing political factions.
