Gaza Health Ministry: Toll Reaches 74,469 Killed; 1,511 Killed Since Ceasefire

Gaza's Health Ministry reported six bodies and 43 wounded received by hospitals in the past 24 hours, bringing the cumulative toll since Oct 7, 2023 to 74,469 killed and 175,492 wounded. Since the ceasefire took effect on Oct 10, 2025, at least 1,511 people have been killed and 5,375 injured.
