US Sanctions Los Lobos and Leader 'Pipo'

OFAC sanctions the Los Lobos Drug Trafficking Organization and its leader, Wilmer Geovanny Chavarría Barre, alias 'Pipo', blocking any US property and interests and barring US persons from dealing with them, as Los Lobos overtakes rivals to become Ecuador's largest trafficking network.
