Kast Submits 2027 Budget With Education Cuts

Kast's 2027 budget proposal went to Congress on September 30. It cuts Bicentenario merit high schools by 46.71% in real terms and gives zero funding to the 'Yo Elijo mi PC' laptop grant (about CLP 35 billion a year, 96,100 students). Congress has 60 days to pass it.
