Edgar Valdez Villarreal — 'La Barbie,' an American-born BLO commander — is captured without a shot being fired by federal police in the State of Mexico. Valdez, who grew up in Laredo, Texas, was one of the most sought cartel leaders in North America and led the BLO's enforcement arm after Arturo Beltrán Leyva's death.
