ARMY Converges on Mexico City — Mass Fan Arrivals Ahead of ARIRANG Tour GNP Seguros Opener Tomorrow (May 7)
May 6, 2026 — Day 4,710 since BTS's June 13, 2013 debut — sees ARMY from across Mexico, Latin America, and the United States descending on Mexico City ahead of the ARIRANG World Tour's first show at Estadio GNP Seguros on May 7. Fan camps and queue lines formed outside the stadium overnight on May 5–6, reflecting the intensity of anticipation for BTS's return to Mexico City. Milenio and other Mexican entertainment outlets report extensive coverage of fan arrivals, with official ARMY Mexico social accounts coordinating meetups. The three-night run (May 7, 9, 10) at Estadio GNP Seguros — capacity approximately 35,000 per night — had been sold out since the initial ticket release. Combined, the three shows are expected to bring approximately 105,000 fans across the run, with economic impact studies forecasting a significant boost to Mexico City's hotel and hospitality sector. The 360-degree in-the-round stage setup at GNP Seguros is being hailed by BTS's production team as one of the most technically complex configurations on the tour. The Mexico City run represents BTS's first performances in Latin America during the ARIRANG era and their first Mexico City concerts since their 2019 Speak Yourself tour.
