ARIRANG Confirmed at No. 1 for Third Consecutive Week — K-pop Album Chart Record
Billboard confirms ARIRANG held No. 1 on the Billboard 200 (chart dated April 18, 2026) for a third consecutive week, earning 124,000 equivalent album units (71,000 pure sales, 50,000 SEA, remainder TEA) — a 34% week-over-week drop but still dominant. ARIRANG becomes the first K-pop album in Billboard 200 history to spend three consecutive weeks at the top, and the first group album to do so in 13 years (since Mumford & Sons' 'Babel' in 2012–13). Starnews Korea calls it 'Korea's First New History.' Billboard, Variety, and Korea Times confirm the milestone, noting the chart run is propelled by the opening of the Arirang World Tour in Goyang.
