Producers lifted the San Julián and Cuatro Cañadas blockade points after reaching an agreement with the government, while the Yapacaní blockade on the Cochabamba–Santa Cruz road continued. Defense Minister Ernesto Justiniano traveled to Cuatro Cañadas with YPFB technicians to explain Supreme Decree 5698's expanded 2,500-liter subsidized-diesel allowance for small producers as the basis of the deal.
