Death Toll Reaches 24; 148 Criminal Cases Opened

The confirmed death toll from the crisis reached 24, including an estimated 14 attributed to hospitals being cut off from oxygen and medicine supplies during the blockades. Prosecutors had opened 148 criminal cases nationally, 114 of them in La Paz department.
