Paz Signs Deployment Bill, Calls Leaders "Narco-Terrorists"

President Paz signed the military-deployment bill into law and publicly labeled blockade leaders "narco-terrorists," threatening further escalation. In El Alto, 28 people were arrested after protesters stormed a transport union office.
