CIBF 2026: World's Largest Battery Industry Fair Announced for Shenzhen — May 13–15

The 18th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2026) was officially announced on April 29 with full exhibitor details, confirming the event will run May 13–15 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center. CIBF is the world's largest dedicated battery industry trade event, bringing together over 1,500 exhibitors and tens of thousands of industry visitors annually. The 2026 edition will feature dedicated pavilions for solid-state batteries, sodium-ion cells, lithium iron phosphate for grid storage, smart manufacturing automation lines, and carbon-footprint tracking systems required under the EU Battery Regulation. Major exhibitors include CATL, BYD, EVE Energy, CALB, and leading international suppliers of electrolytes, separators, cathode active materials, and battery management systems. The event serves as an annual barometer for the global battery industry's commercial trajectory.
