Artemis II Ground Teams Complete Pad Engineering Tests at LC-39B

NASA ground crews at Launch Complex 39B completed pad-specific engineering tests following the March 20 rollout, including ordnance connectivity checks on the flight termination system and RF communications testing of the SLS core stage and Orion spacecraft. The crew — Commander Reid Wiseman, Pilot Victor Glover, Mission Specialist Christina Koch, and Mission Specialist Jeremy Hansen — remained in pre-launch quarantine in Houston. Artemis II remains on track for a launch no earlier than April 1, 2026 at 6:24 p.m. EDT.
