FIFA Venue Inspection Tour Continues Across US Host Stadiums

FIFA's final venue inspection tour — running April 14–28 across all 16 host cities — continued its review of US host stadiums, with inspectors assessing stadium readiness, pitch configuration progress, and matchday infrastructure. SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, where Iran plays on June 15, and MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, site of the July 19 Final, are among the venues receiving the most intensive assessment as the 55-day countdown to kickoff continues. FIFA technical staff are also verifying broadcast infrastructure, dressing room standards, and field drainage.
