The six teams confirmed on March 31 — Bosnia-Herzegovina (Group B), Kosovo (Group D), Sweden (Group F), Denmark (Group A), DR Congo (Group K), and Iraq (Group I) — complete the draw. Notable absentees from the expanded 48-team format include: Italy (third consecutive absence), Turkey, Poland, Jamaica, Bolivia, Ireland, North Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia, Czechia, New Caledonia, and Suriname.
