North Carolina Reports Separate Cluster Linked to Parsley and Cilantro

North Carolina health officials report 718 cyclosporiasis cases and 24 hospitalizations since May 1, tied to a cluster where parsley, cilantro, and lettuce are all under investigation as possible vehicles.
