Russian Attacks Kill 9, Injure 43 Across Ukraine, Including Kherson and Odesa Strikes

Russian forces shelled and struck front-line and border regions across northern, eastern, and southern Ukraine over 24 hours, killing at least 9 civilians and injuring 43. In Kherson Oblast, Russian drones struck the village of Novokairy at around 05:30, killing two men aged 67 and 58; a further 9 people, including 2 police officers, were injured across the region. In Odesa Oblast, a jet-powered drone hit a shopping center and Russian forces again attacked port infrastructure, damaging a Togolese-flagged civilian vessel and injuring 4. Two Russian guided-bomb attacks hit Izium in Kharkiv Oblast, injuring 4, and 5 more were injured in a Dnipropetrovsk Oblast strike. The Ukrainian Air Force reported Russia attacked with 128 strike UAVs overnight.
