Capitol Attack: Mob Breaches Congress, Halts Certification

Thousands of Trump supporters storm the US Capitol, breaching the building and forcing members of Congress to shelter in place or evacuate. The certification of the Electoral College vote is halted for hours. 5 people die in connection with the attack; 140 police officers are injured. Over 1,000 rioters are eventually charged.
