Mueller Report Released — Obstruction Not Exonerated

Special Counsel Robert Mueller's 448-page report is released (with redactions). Volume I finds insufficient evidence of criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. Volume II documents 10 potential instances of obstruction of justice but declines to reach a prosecutorial judgment. Mueller says the report 'does not exonerate' Trump on obstruction. AG Barr's summary had characterized it more favorably to Trump. Trump declares 'total exoneration.'
