Revised Travel Ban (EO 13780) Signed

Trump signs a revised travel ban removing Iraq from the list and clarifying exemptions for green card holders and existing visa holders. Federal courts in Hawaii and Maryland block this version too, ruling it discriminates on religious grounds. The Supreme Court eventually allows partial implementation in June 2017.
