Rally Begins at Plaza de las Tres Culturas (6:00 PM)

Approximately 5,000–10,000 students, workers, and residents gather at Plaza de las Tres Culturas in Tlatelolco for a peaceful rally organized by the CNH. The crowd includes families and children living in the surrounding housing complex. Soldiers surround the area. Student leaders speak from the balcony of the Chihuahua building.
