SpaceX Flies Last Falcon 9 Starlink Launch From Florida, Booster Sets 37-Flight Reuse Record

SpaceX launched the Starlink 10-49 mission at 5:33 a.m. EDT (0933 UTC) on August 25, 2026 from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, deploying 29 V2-Mini Starlink satellites and marking the company's 100th Falcon 9 launch of 2026. Booster B1067 flew for the 37th time — a new reusability record, breaking its own prior 36-flight mark set in July 2026 — and landed on the droneship 'A Shortfall of Gravitas' in the Atlantic, the vessel's 165th landing and the 654th Falcon booster landing overall. Following the flight, SpaceX Vice President of Launch Kiko Dontchev confirmed it was the last planned Falcon 9 Starlink mission from Florida: roughly 260 Starlink launches have flown from Cape Canaveral since the first on May 23, 2019, but SpaceX is pivoting Florida Starlink deployment to Starship, dropping the Space Coast's monthly Falcon 9 cadence from eight or nine flights to roughly two (customer and government payloads).
