Transporter-16 Rideshare: 119 Payloads Orbited, Rideshare Milestone Passed 1,600
SpaceX successfully launched Transporter-16, its 16th dedicated rideshare mission, at 4:02 a.m. PT (11:02 UTC) from SLC-4E at Vandenberg Space Force Base aboard a Falcon 9 using booster B1093 on its 12th flight. The mission orbited 119 payloads to Sun-synchronous orbit, including cubesats, microsats, orbital transfer vehicles, and hosted payloads. Notable customers included Exolaunch (26 microsats and 31 cubesats), the Polish Armed Forces (two ICEYE radar satellites for the POLSARIS constellation), HawkEye 360, Spire Global, and the Varda Space Industries W-6 re-entry manufacturing vehicle. The mission pushed SpaceX past 1,600 total payloads orbited through its rideshare program. Booster B1093 successfully landed on drone ship 'Of Course I Still Love You' in the Pacific Ocean. This was SpaceX's 39th launch of 2026.
