Falcon 1 Flight 1 — Explosion at T+25s

The first Falcon 1 launch from Kwajalein Atoll ended 25 seconds after liftoff due to a fuel leak and engine fire in an A-nut on the fuel feed line. Despite the failure, SpaceX had demonstrated the first launch of a privately developed liquid-fueled rocket from a private launch facility.
