Philippines Accuses Chinese J-16 of Repeatedly Approaching Patrol Cessna Near Thitu

Manila accused Chinese military and coast guard units of harassing Philippine government aircraft and boats near Scarborough Shoal and the Spratlys. A Chinese J-16 fighter allegedly repeatedly approached a Philippine Cessna 208 on patrol, while a China Coast Guard vessel tried to block Filipino fishers near Thitu (Pag-asa) on Oct 4.
