Sheinbaum: federal funds for Jalisco water works; no deal to buy more US gas

At her Oct 21 conference Sheinbaum said the federal government will contribute to water projects in Jalisco after meeting Conagua's director, seeking funding that avoids new debt. She said there is no agreement or commitment to buy more natural gas from the US, an idea raised in the context of the trade deficit. Coverage also noted Pemex debt reduction and the fiscal huachicol crackdown.
