Sheinbaum Says Interpol Dropped Red Notices for Gómez Mont and Álvarez Puga; Mocks Calderón Forum

At her Sept 30 morning conference, Sheinbaum said Interpol no longer lists red notices for Inés Gómez Mont and Víctor Manuel Álvarez Puga, and questioned the decision. She also ironically dismissed a Free Americas Forum of Latin American center-right parties to be attended by former president Felipe Calderón. Her government denied that the copyright reform is an 'anti-memes law', and she criticised opaque digital-platform algorithms.
