Day 612 — Sheinbaum Holds Mañanera from Minatitlán, Veracruz; Launches 93-Billion-Peso Petrochemical and Fertilizer Investment Plan 2026–2030

Profeco (consumer protection agency) simultaneously launched the 'Who's Who in the World Cup' (Quién es Quién en los Precios del Mundial) price monitoring operation covering approximately 274,000 products across Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey, to detect and sanction price gouging ahead of the tournament.
