Government formally extends fuel export ban through January 2027

Russia formally extended its combined gasoline and diesel export ban through January 2027. Separately, Sberbank CEO German Gref told shareholders he did not believe anyone in the country was primarily concerned with anything other than an end to military hostilities, an unusually candid remark from a senior state-bank executive.
