Crimean head Sergei Aksyonov signed a decree declaring a state of emergency across occupied Crimea and Sevastopol effective 1:00 p.m. on June 26, 2026, amid an energy crisis and near-total suspension of fuel sales. Gasoline was largely reserved for emergency services, police, and businesses with existing supply contracts; children's admission to summer camps was suspended.
