Rospotrebnadzor Denies Second Infection; Irkutsk Lifts Precautions

Rospotrebnadzor rejected reports of a second ill person as fake; contact testing found two Covid-19 and two rhinovirus cases and no other pathogens (plague not mentioned). The Irkutsk governor said preventive quarantine measures were completed and the city lifted precautions as of Oct 9. WHO still asks which pathogen caused the death.
