Israeli Drone Strikes Kill 1, Wound 15 Across Gaza — Nuseirat, Khan Younis, Sheikh Radwan
Israeli drone strikes on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 killed one Palestinian and injured 15 others across the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian medical sources. A drone strike targeted a tent sheltering displaced people in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza; the body of the person killed and 11 casualties, including some in critical condition, were admitted to Al-Awda Hospital. A separate drone strike hit a house south of Khan Younis, with two casualties taken to Nasser Hospital. A third drone strike hit a house rooftop near Sheikh Radwan Cemetery in Gaza City, with two casualties rushed to Al-Shifa Hospital. IMEMC/Gaza Civil Defence reporting on the same 24-hour period cited additional artillery shelling, naval fire and gunfire elsewhere in the Strip (Jabalia, Beit Lahia, al-Bureij, Rafah's al-Bardawil area), which it logged as the 335th consecutive day of ceasefire violations since the October 2025 truce. Gaza's Health Ministry said 1,352 Palestinians have now been killed and 4,511 wounded since the ceasefire took effect, with 826 bodies recovered from the rubble in that period. No IDF statement on the specific strikes was available at time of reporting.
