IDF Drone Strike Kills Brothers in Beit Lahiya, Northern Gaza

Israeli forces launched a drone strike in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza, killing brothers Abdelmalek and Abdel Sattar al-Attar. Witnesses said the strike fell outside the zone under Israeli military control under the October 2025 ceasefire agreement. Civil Defence spokesman Mahmoud Bassal confirmed the deaths. The attack was the first of three separate Israeli killing incidents on Thursday, April 16, in Gaza.
