US and Iranian Delegations Arrive for Oman Talks

US special envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner arrived in Doha ahead of the Muscat talks, while Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi traveled to Oman. CENTCOM commander Admiral Brad Cooper also joined the US delegation, an unusual move that signaled the military dimension of the negotiations. The talks were brokered by Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi.
