Internet Throttled to Near-Total Shutdown
NetBlocks confirms internet connectivity across Iran has dropped to below 5% of normal levels, effectively a near-total blackout. Mobile data is completely severed in Tehran, Isfahan, and Shiraz. International calling is intermittent. The regime is systematically isolating the population ahead of what analysts fear will be an escalated crackdown.
