High Court Stays Cancellation of JPSC and JSSC-CGL Exams

The Jharkhand High Court grants interim stays blocking the state government's cancellation orders — first on Aug 20 for the 11th–13th JPSC exams and the Food Safety Officer recruitment, then on Aug 21 for the JSSC-CGL and CDPO exams — after roughly 2,000 candidates who had already secured appointments challenge the cancellations as a due-process violation. Justice Deepak Roshan's order lets successful candidates keep their posts pending investigation, while warning that anyone later found to have benefited from fraud will still lose their job.
