Indian Intelligence on High Alert as Pakistan Allegedly Pushes False Flag Narrative Ahead of Pahalgam Anniversary

WION News reported that Pakistani intelligence was allegedly running a coordinated propaganda campaign claiming India would stage a 'false flag' operation around the anniversary to justify a new military strike. India's security establishment viewed the Pakistani false flag narrative as a pre-emptive information operation designed to deter India from any military options it might be considering around the anniversary. Indian defence forces launched joint search operations in border areas of Rajbagh and Ramkote in Kathua district following reports of suspicious terrorist movement. The Daily Pioneer reported that security had been significantly enhanced along the International Border and the Line of Control, with terrorist handlers in Pakistan reportedly attempting to push armed militants across the LOC ahead of the anniversary.
