ICE Changes Vehicle Stop Policy After Deadly Incidents

ICE announced vehicle stops must be conducted by trained officers using lights and sirens after deadly incidents in Texas, Maine and the Chicago area. An ICE spokesperson said the memo makes no changes to how stops are conducted.
