ICE Arrests Guatemalan National Charged with Raping 5-Year-Old on Long Island

DHS announced the arrest of Carlos Aguilar Reynoso, a criminal alien from Guatemala, charged with forcibly raping a 5-year-old girl on Long Island, New York. ICE also arrested additional criminal aliens convicted of sexual abuse of a child, rape, and assault of a family member. DHS continued its press strategy of publicizing cases involving violent crimes to justify the overall mass enforcement campaign.
