PNH High Command Visits Kenscoff, Orders Investigation Into Massacre Response

Haiti's National Police (PNH) said Acting Director General Vladimir Paraison led senior high-command officials to Kenscoff on August 24, 2026, a day after Viv Ansanm gunmen stormed the town, meeting with local authorities and the Kenscoff police station chief.
