Paris Prosecutors Open Investigation Into Racist Abuse of Judo Champion Teddy Riner

The Paris Public Prosecutor's Office opened an investigation into racist public insults and cyberharassment targeting five-time Olympic judo champion Teddy Riner, after he told the TV show Stade 2 he was 'freaked out' by the rise of the far right. The case was assigned to OCLCH, the office handling crimes against humanity and hate crimes; Riner's club PSG voiced its full support.
