Noboa, González Advance to Runoff in Security-Dominated Vote

In Ecuador's first-round presidential election, incumbent Daniel Noboa and Revolución Ciudadana's Luisa González each win roughly 44% of the vote — separated by fewer than 20,000 ballots out of 13.8 million cast — sending the race, dominated by security concerns, to an April runoff.
