Caribou Biosciences Reports Q2 2026: Vispa-Cel 82% ORR in Lymphoma, CB-011 92% ORR in Myeloma
Caribou Biosciences' Q2 2026 business update reported updated ANTLER trial data for vispacabtagene regedleucel (vispa-cel), a CRISPR-edited allogeneic CD19 CAR-T therapy for second-line large B-cell lymphoma: an 82% overall response rate, 67% complete response rate, and 17.1-month median progression-free survival among 27 optimized-regimen patients treated with a single 80-million-cell dose. In the CaMMouflage trial, CB-011 (allogeneic BCMA-targeted CAR-T for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma) achieved a 92% overall response rate, 83% rate of ≥CR, and 91% MRD-negativity among 12 BCMA-naive patients at the 450-million-cell dose, with initial dose-expansion data expected in H2 2026. The company reported a $24.3 million GAAP net loss for the quarter and $113.8 million in cash, funding operations into the end of 2027.
