Military Vehicle Ambushed, Four Soldiers Stoned in Benzú; 12 Migrants Detained

In the early hours of Thursday, a Spanish military vehicle carrying four soldiers was ambushed in the Benzú area by roughly 70 migrants who attacked it with stones and other objects. One soldier suffered minor injuries after being struck. The soldiers withdrew and called for police backup; officers detained 12 migrants, all Moroccan nationals.
