By 11 a.m. Friday the line had wrapped around the stadium; the merch pre-order line reportedly filled within minutes. Fans traveled from as far as Nebraska (a 9-hour drive), Alabama, and Odessa, Texas, relying on umbrellas, folding chairs, and water to cope with the Texas heat ahead of forecast highs of 101°F for both show days.
