Presidential Adviser's Ex-Partner Shot Outside Santa Cruz Hotel
Two assailants posing as food-delivery couriers fired three shots at Nadia Beller, a lawyer and former congressional candidate, outside a hotel in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Beller survived and accused her former partner, Fernando Cerimedo — an Argentine political consultant who had worked on Javier Milei's and other right-wing campaigns and whose official credential listed him as President Paz's "principal adviser" despite holding no declared public post — of orchestrating the attack, saying she possessed evidence of corruption reaching the president's family.
